As you know, it’s important to find the maximum return on your dollar during this soft economy. Many savvy business owners are looking closely at essential vs. non-essential expenses. So if you’re a business that is considering membership with the Sun City Center Area Chamber of Commerce, know first of all that we work hard for our members. Our mission, our priority, is the promotion of your business. We’re interested in knowing what you are doing so that we can promote your business to the community and to our other 500+ members!
The Sun City Center Area Chamber of Commerce offers networking opportunities, low-cost advertising, free web advertising, and credibility to your business. We host three large venues to |

showcase your business each year: The Spring Trade Show, The Business Expo, and our annual Chamber Golf Tournament plus we offer excellent advertising opportunities through the Annual Chamber Directory and Community Guide and the Sun City Center area map. I write a weekly column in the Observer News, Riverview Current, and SCC Observer newspapers entitled You, Me and Business that spotlights events and information about our members. I also write The Connection, the Chamber’s monthly newsletter. Every week, another publication, The Chamber Express, is sent out via email to members and friends of the Chamber, updating everyone on news and notes about fellow members. Members are also afforded the opportunity to send special electronic flyers via the Chamber’s Business Blast .
In addition, our chamber distributes approximately 250 relocation packs per month; this means that your business |

name and contact information goes out in each one of them without any charge to you. And while other businesses have been forced to set higher rates in this economy, we have been determined to provide our members increased services for a very affordable fee.
Though it is both prudent and wise to review your expenses, I think you may agree that, considering the return on your investment, a Sun City Center Chamber membership is not “non-essential” but of definite value to your business. NOW is the time to keep your branding and your business name visible and the BEST way to do that is through this Chamber!
